The EGM Vote has now closed!
Thanks to everyone who took the time to vote and make their opinions heard. We saw an amazing turnout in the 36 hours that the vote was open.
Further updates will be provided in due course about next steps.
The results are as follows:

The EGM Vote ResultsThree additional votes were prepared, but residents didn’t complete the voting process by replying to the email sent to them.
This shows there is overwhelming support for requiring the Management Company Directors to call an EGM at which residents can elect Resident Directors.
