Potential Progress on Handover is Imminent

Looks like things are starting to happen again with handover. Vale of White Horse District Council (VWHDC) has made noises that they are ready to restart work. TDRA has been chasing for the past 18 months for some sort of plan from VWHDC as to how things can move forward.

TDRA has revised its snagging list ahead of the next meeting.
