We advised last week that the Vale of White Horse District Council (VWHDC) had issued a Certificate of Final Completion, dated 27th March 2026.
That was indeed true. Unfortunately, VWHDC informed us this week that the certificate that had been issued was incorrect. Instead of Bloor Homes being given a maintenance period ending 27th March 2027, during which time they were expected to make regular inspections and maintain the Public Open Space (POS), that maintenance period was not required.
Consequently, we are now in full transition mode. The first step of the plan agreed between TDRA, Bloor Homes and FirstPort has successfully completed.
