We have just received a letter in the post from FirstPort advising of an extra charge for this year. Cheeky blighters. Only £8.15 for us. Assume the same for others.
What really annoys us though is them including a page of rights and obligations at the back, which does not apply to us! We are not tenants and we are not lease holders.
