We assume everyone has received an email from FirstPort advising of a change in property manager. We will paste the content in a separate post for completeness. Ignore the email – it adds no value to The Dovecote and is completely irrelevant.
Just a reminder that there is NO NEED to register on the FirstPort portal. Our hope is that we do not engage with FirstPort ever. As soon as we get the chance we hope we will decide to boot them out.
We will email them to advise them NOT to spend any time undertaking site visits, on the basis that:
- They have no responsibility for the site at this point – Bloor is entirely responsible for the site.
- We want to give them no opportunity to charge the residents for spending time adding absolutely NO VALUE to life of residents on The Dovecote.
