Snagging List

The Dovecote has been maintaining a list of snagging issues since Feb 2020, prior to the formation of The Dovecote Residents’ Association (TDRA). Since then, it has evolved and has been communicated to Chamonix, Bloor and Vale of White Horse District Council (VWHDC) at various points.

This snagging list has now been subsumed into the list of works identified during the two pre-inspection meetings that the TDRA has attended alongside Bloor Homes and VWHDC. More info about these pre-inspection meetings can be found on our handover-meetings page.

However, the TDRA is expecting that a final full and comprehensive list of snags will be compiled ahead of the next pre-inspection meeting. The timing of this meeting will be dependent upon when VWHDC makes resource available to support the handover process.

Update as of 30/09/2023

An updated snagging list has been prepared in the form of notes, taken from the last Pre-Inspection meeting held on 01/03/2022.
