Just to confirm that the vote in support of the Managing Agent nominee is now closed! The results have been delayed due to needing to confirm how Soha wanted to vote. All completed now.

Many thanks to everyone who voted, which was comprehensive in its demonstration of support from the residents for the proposed Managing Agent, Saxons Block Management Ltd.

We are now in a good position ahead of the upcoming EGM. Note that the EGM is yet to be organised and is not likely to be until late Oct at the earliest.
