The RA has an opportunity to force an EGM to be called. Therefore, we are hoping that sufficient residents can cast their vote in support of that end.

• Voting Ends: Fri 01 Dec 2023 @22:00.
• Voting Check Finishes: Mon 04 Dec 2023 @18:00.
• Publish Result: Tue 05 Dec 2023 @18:00.

The actual question has been finalised as follows:

Do you want an EGM as soon as possible, at which we can elect Resident Directors and subsequently residents can take control of the Management Company?
