We are now moving into a new phase of the handover process and to reflect that shift in focus, we have created a new section of this site about the residents Taking Control. This articulates Our Vision, Our Plan, Our Action, Our Vote and Our Option for transitioning from a Bloor-managed development to a residents-controlled Management Company.

We have also added in a some quick links to the latest updates on this site’s home page.
