Update on Recovery of FirstPort Expenses

Anyone received any further comms from Bloor? If they don’t confirm they will pay by end of today, we need to issue Letters Before Action to Bloor on Friday (as threatened in our last comms) to demonstrate we are serious.

It may be that although Bloor gave in to us (we were only looking for a refund of £8), they may now be taking it more seriously if a number of complaints are being escalated by residents.

They may be testing our resolve by not caving in immediately. Seeing whether we are prepared to go to the next level… We can prepare a Letter Before Action if anyone wants to see one. Let us know and we will prepare something tomorrow.
