Update on FirstPort Properties in Debt Position

Latest figures from FirstPort on the number of properties that have a debt position (i.e. those that owe money to FirstPort). Total properties that owe money is now 12 (excluding Soha properties). Max amount owed by those property-owners is £46.

Let me know if anyone believes they owe more than this.

Due to the low numbers of properties affected, we recommend paying FirstPort the amount that is owed. It’s not worth the risk of FirstPort starting aggressive recovery action. That keeps our record clean.

We won’t see another invoice from FirstPort for 12 months.

We can continue to challenge FirstPort on their £30 admin fee and the costs they have passed on to us for 2020 and 2021 (i.e. the balancing charges) separately.
