Update on Approach to Voting

Following some really positive discussions with residents in the past day or so, we are currently preparing two things to help bring all of this to life for residents:

• Two simple process flow diagrams that show (over time) what activities are likely to take place, where the risks are in each and when residents will be able to influence the way forward.
• A set of FAQs to answer some of the recent questions posed.

We will also set up a couple of open Zoom calls, to allow residents to dial in and ask any questions that are on their minds.

With all that in mind, we are likely to delay the start of voting by one week, so that all residents are adequately prepared to make the right decision!
