Responses to Claims for Repayment of FirstPort Charges

We recently encouraged residents to submit a claim into Bloor Homes to recover the costs that FirstPort were attempting to claim. We have circulated the documentation we used to quite a few residents.

We wonder whether anyone might want to advise how you are progressing with your claims? This might give others the confidence to submit claims themselves. We might also be able to help resolve any issues you may be facing.
