Our Recommended New Managing Agent is Announced!

The RA has concluded the exercise to formally select a new Managing Agent (MA). We are happy to announce that Saxons is our preferred MA to take responsibility for the Management Company (MC) moving forward.

This is the conclusion of a long process that started at the beginning of the year, with Saxons coming out on top.

We have updated the Our New Managing Agent page, which provides more detail on the selection process and why Saxons has come out on top.

However, residents will have the final say as to whether they are happy to proceed with Saxons being appointed. The RA can only make a recommendation.
