FirstPort Service Charge Invoice

We have just had an email from FirstPort asking for money to be paid to cover an adjustment for the last two years. No doubt others will receive the same either by email or in the post over the next few days.

The RA Elected Committee is meeting tomorrow, so we will come up with a plan to sort this.

Our advice to everyone is not to pay anything until we collectively agree it’s the right thing to do. We need to act as one at this point, rather than some of us pay and some hold off. We have been very clear with Bloor and Chamonix/FirstPort that they should not be charging us anything. They are providing no service to us at this time.
