Spring has officially sprung with the first cut of the grass undertaken by Green and Growing on Easter Sunday. Green and Growing are engaged by Bloor Homes to keep the grass under control.
We track maintenance undertaken on site via the website’s Maintenance Log, primarily to ensure the POS is being maintained in line with the Management Plan.

Bloody messy and do they have to leave such a mess over my drive way. I think I need to put some plants or something to stop them coming on my drive and kicking grass up against my car.By Nige on April 17, 2023 at 2:01 pm
I agree with you! It's a little disappointing that the maintenance team can't clean up after themselves. It must be especially annoying for you with them leaving a mess on your driveway.
