As promised, this is the content of the email from FirstPort:

CIRCULAR – CHANGE OF PROPERTY MANAGER

As Managing Agents for your development, we am writing to you to introduce myself as the new Property Manager for the scheme.

The reason for the Change of Property Manager, is to ensure that as a business we can ensure we provide the best service possible. Making these changes will be more beneficial for the team in terms of workload, size and geographical locations and ultimately the service that we can provide to you moving forward.

Please be assured that we have been doing my utmost to ensure that we get up to speed on the various issues and matters on site both historic and current, as well as helping to ensure that the development continues to be maintained to the standards we all expect, with your home and investments looked after.

Please however, note that some former Property Managers are still working at FirstPort, working with me, should any assistance be required. Please accept my apologises if we have not responded in a timely manner but this is due to a change in my portfolio.

We am looking forward to working with you all and hopefully meeting with you in the future. The details of my site inspection dates will be on the portal in due course.

For more information, please log onto your MyHome account. This portal is aimed at help you manage all your property needs more efficiently and easily. We have many useful bits of information on Firstport online portal.

My Home and updates are issued by the business and the Property Manager. If you are not registered yet, please register via (URL).

Please also ensure you go to the preferences page to tick how you wish us to communicate with you, you can be registered for post, emails and text messages. If these are not ticked, you will not receive updates.

Letters and the Budget with Accounts are situation in the Mydocuments tab. Below this there are 3 further tabs, General Documents, Development documents and Finance Documents, here you will find all the documents you need to download save or print as you wish.
