For awareness, we have heard from a few people about concerns over the landscape maintenance, including a lack of weeding (thanks for taking this on Paul), the need to keep the balancing pond growth under control, weeds on the block paved roads and now a note about ragwort on the east edge of the Dovecote which needs to be dealt with urgently.
If anyone has any concerns about the maintenance, let us know. We am happy to pass these on to the Bloor Management team to try to get action.

Did they ever plant bulbs and wild flowers, I think I remember this being publicised in the plans. Also bat boxes, or are these very hidden?By Nige on April 17, 2023 at 2:05 pm
Bloor have planted quite a lot of shrubbery but very little in terms of bulbs and wild flowers. Will need to review the original plans and ensure they are included in Bloor's list of stuff still to complete. I know that they have acknowledged the missing bat boxes and other biodiversity requirements. These are already on the agenda for VWHDC to sort in due course.
