Annual Statement from FirstPort

We think it’s about now when residents can expect to receive a statement from FirstPort with charges for the previous year. It will be interesting to see whether they attempt to charge residents this year, due to the fuss we have made over reclaiming these charges from Bloor Homes.

As a reminder, most of us will probably end up needing to pay money to FirstPort this year (i.e. their charges exceed any credit balance we might have on our account). Some of us will have had to pay FirstPort in previous years (simply due to us paying differing amounts at the point we purchased our houses). The key point is this: If any resident owes FirstPort any money, PLEASE PAY THEM IN GOOD TIME.

Whilst we would love to recommend you holding off from paying them, the law is not on our side. Please pay FirstPort and then reclaim the costs from Bloor Homes as per previous posts on this subject.
