Accounts from FirstPort

Has everyone received a set of accounts from FirstPort on Fri? This may have been either in the post or by email.
I’ve stored these docs in the shared area, accessible here: [Old link]. You can find them under the folder entitled “Management Company Docs”. Three files:

• 2021-06-30 – Service Charge Accounts – this is a covering letter from FirstPort.
• 2020-01 – Service Charge Accounts – this is the statement of accounts for the year ending Jan 2020.
• 2021-01 – Service Charge Accounts – this is the statement of accounts for the year ending Jan 2021.

Wanted to let you know that the Elected Committee will be reviewing these accounts and pulling together a list of questions for FirstPort to answer.

If anyone has any queries about the accounts please let us know, either via replies to this post, or via PMs. Note that you can request that all communications be received by email rather than in paper form, if anyone is keen to cut down on paper waste.
