Ensuring TDRA maintains an up to date snagging list is an important aspect of the handover process.
This article includes TDRA’s latest snagging list. I.e. the list of items of outstanding work. This will be used to feed into the meeting on Mon 2nd October.
TDRA invite residents to review/update this list, so that it is as accurate as it can be.
We have summarised the Key Points for those who just want the headlines and for those that would like to read a little more, head to our In-Depth Analysis.
Key Points
- Since the last meeting in March 2022, Bloor Homes has undertaken some items of work that were outstanding, but they were not prepared to complete all works with VWHDC not able to inspect and sign off this work.
- TDRA has revised its latest snagging list. This covers all of the work that Bloor needs to complete before handover can proceed.
- It’s really important for residents to review this list and to advise the RA if changes are required.
- Deadline for residents to advise of changes is Fri 29th Sep 2023.

For plot 65 & 66 we were asked about them planting along the fence and said no thank you as will cause issue when painting fence. This part of development isnât really a walk through so do not think anyone will mindâŚ..Bloor did kill the grass to create a plant bed but itâs now grown back.
Do you want to add the light bollard damaged by plot 66 driveway? I have emailed bloor, theyâve acknowledged email but as yet no date / plan to fix it. Want to make sure is fixed pre hand over!

Linda - can you provide more specific details - perhaps send me a photo or two, so that I can pinpoint the location?By Lucy Tebbit-Scales on September 24, 2023 at 5:12 pm
The plants that were put alongside plot 75 were fine but like the play area, not maintained and now just weeds.By Nige on September 26, 2023 at 3:05 pm
I'll be raising the general point about lack of maintenance (specifically weeding).By Vicki on September 27, 2023 at 10:02 pm
The shrubs that were planted in 2018 next to our fence (plot 32) have never been maintained and have completely taken over. Theyâve now started causing damage to our fence as we canât get to them properly to trim them back from our side as our shed is in the way. One of them has been completely overtaken with brambles and thorns, it needs to be completely removed if possible? Thanks Nigel.By Nige on September 28, 2023 at 6:56 am
I have raised this with Bloor recently, although (as normal) not received any real commitment to doing anything about it. I'll add it in to the notes, relating to weeding and general maintenance as a specific example highlighting Bloor's lack of maintenance activity.By Vicki on October 2, 2023 at 1:24 pm
Thank you Nigel!
