

Handover Meetings
Handover meetings are a key part of the handover process, where the developer hands over responsibility for communal areas (in our case the Public Open Space) to the Management Company.

Below is a list of handover meetings held with Bloor Homes (BH) and Vale of White Horse District Council (VWHDC), together with a link to any notes/actions recorded. East Midlands Landscaping (EML) were in attendance (as BH’s prime landscaping contractor). Only logged in users can access the relevant documentation. You can log in here.
