Correspondence
The Residents’ Association (RA) engages with various suppliers and government agencies, especially in progressing the handover from developer to the Management Company.
The RA has broken down correspondence by recipient. Where the same correspondence is issued to more than one party, this will appear in both of their lists.
This list currently only includes all of the formal documents issued. A significant number of emails have been exchanged with these parties and these need will be added into this list of correspondence in due course. Only logged in users can access the relevant documentation. You can log in here.

Bloor Homes (BH)
Bloor Homes is the developer, responsible for the construction of properties on The Dovecote and establishing the Public Open Space (POS).

Chamonix (CH)

FirstPort (FP)
FirstPort bought out Chamonix in 2021. Therefore, FirstPort is now the Estate Manager appointed by Bloor Homes.

Oxfordshire County Council (OCC)
