The Tree Adoption Request Form

Thank you for your interest in helping to care for The Dovecote’s trees. Before completing the form, please view the Tree Map and make a note of the number of the tree you would like to adopt.

Our Tree Adoption Scheme is available to residents of The Dovecote. Requests are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Before You Start

To protect the integrity of the scheme we ask all requests to be verified. This process allows us to:

Confirm that requests are being made by residents.
Maintain a clear audit trail of all requests.
Reduce the risk of fraudulent or duplicate submissions.

How it Works

Fill in the details in the form below.
Click Prepare Your Form.
An email containing your completed request will be created and sent to the email address you entered.
Check that the email accurately reflects your request.
Simply click Reply, then Send.
Replying to the email confirms your request and verifies your email address.

What These Options Mean

If you answer YES, this means that you are interested in adopting a tree on the estate.
If you answer NO, this means that you do not want to adopt a tree.

Notes

Requests are processed strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.
Each property may submit multiple Tree Adoption Requests.
Only residents whose residency can be verified by Dovecote (Drayton) Management Company are eligible to adopt a tree.
A request is not considered submitted until you have replied to and sent the verification email.
