So, to start you on your journey in appointing a Proxy to represent you at the EGM, follow the instructions below.
Instructions
- Use the form below to fill in the details in support of your Proxy Appointment Form.
- When you click ‘Prepare Your Form’, an email will be sent to the email address you have specified.
- You must check this email and make sure it accurately reflects your intentions.
- Once you are ready to finalise your Proxy Appointment Form, click ‘Reply’ to reply to this email and add the word ‘CONFIRMED’ to confirm that this record accurately reflects your intentions.
- Your reply email (including the word ‘CONFIRMED’) will constitute execution of your proxy appointment.
- Then send your email. Your reply will automatically be sent to the TDRA Admin team.
- By replying to this email, you confirm that you are the Member (or authorised joint Member) for the property stated and that the details provided are true and accurate.
- The action of replying to the email will be used as evidence of your confirmation and identity for the purposes of validating your Proxy Appointment Form.
- This email is not itself the formal proxy instrument. A formal Proxy Appointment Form will be issued to you for confirmation and use at the EGM. The formal Proxy Appointment Form issued to you will be the document relied upon at the EGM.
- All valid Proxy Appointment Forms will be collated and presented at the EGM when votes are taken on each resolution.
- You should only submit a Proxy Appointment Form in respect of a property for which you are a registered Member.
- Your Proxy Appointment Form will only be treated as valid once you have replied to this email with ‘CONFIRMED’.
