Forms and Votes

On this page, you can find the list of forms that residents have been asked to complete.

If the form page is accessible, you should be able to click on the form name to complete it and/or view the results.

Forms are used to support either: the need for a vote (e.g. The EGM Vote), or to collect data (The Bird and Bat Box Selection Form).
